Located less than 10 miles from Des Moines, Ankeny, and Altoona; Bondurant offers small town living with the close convenience of a major metropolitan area. In Bondurant, you’ll find friendly neighbors, a great school system, and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

The size of the district allows students the individual attention needed to succeed, while providing the advantages of a bigger school.

Our district serves more than 2,640 students from preschool through grade 12, and is projected to grow annually for the next several years. The campus on Garfield Street is 55 acres in size and home to two elementary schools, one intermediate school, and the district’s transportation facility. The Grant Street campus is home to the high school, junior high, and Bluejay Stadium.
